DIGITAL EMPLOYEES

Seven specialized roles. One way of working.

Each Digital Employee owns a clear job, works from your approved knowledge and systems, and stays inside the permissions you set. Choose the roles you need — each one independently, at its own capability tier.

  • In controlled testing A first version is built and being tested with approved pre-launch testers. Not yet generally available.
  • In development Core workflow exists in our test environment. Not yet available to customers.
  • Planned Product design is approved. Not yet built or available.
  • Concept On the official roster as a concept. Design is still being defined.

Growth

Prospecting & qualification

In development

Finds and qualifies the right prospects, prepares the next message and keeps follow-up consistent — with a person approving every external message.

What it does

  • Works from lead sources and qualification criteria you define
  • Drafts personalized outreach for human approval
  • Classifies replies and prepares bounded follow-up
  • Hands warm conversations to your team with full context

Typical use cases

  • B2B sales teams
  • Agencies and consultancies
  • Professional services

Capability tiers

Basic, Medium and Premium. Final tier contents are confirmed at launch.

Boundary

Every external message needs independent human approval. No bulk outreach and no assumed consent.

In development. Today the Growth workflow runs in our test environment with synthetic data and a mock email channel. No real outreach is sent.

Promotion / Outreach

  • Sequencing across Email, SMS or Voice when enabled
  • Approval of campaign content before anything is sent
  • Opt-out and suppression honoured across the workspace

CAPABILITY TIERS

Basic, Medium, Premium — per Digital Employee.

Tiers describe how much a single Digital Employee can do on its own. They are not a limit on how many Employees your business can have, and you can mix tiers across roles.

Basic

Your team stays at the wheel: the Employee's workspace, records and tools, with people creating and confirming the work.

Medium

The Employee works on its own on a text channel you choose, strictly within your knowledge, scenarios and allowed actions.

Premium

Adds richer automation and voice interaction once the shared Voice module is available, within the same rules.

Indicative direction only. Exact tier contents, prices and included usage are published at launch. How packaging works

NOT ON THE ROSTER

Voice is a shared module, not an Employee.

Telephone interaction is a shared Voice module that suitable Employees can use when it becomes available, so you never buy a second Employee just to answer the phone. Operations and Finance are future ideas and are not part of the current roster.
