Commercial scope
Pending Legal Review: confirm the contracting parties, authorized signatories, service schedule, onboarding, subscription terms, reseller hierarchy, white-label scope, and approved commercial rules.
Contract acceptance
Pending Legal Review: determine who may bind a business and which documents require renewed acceptance. An individual user's acknowledgement must not be assumed to prove signing authority.
Responsibility and safeguards
Review principle: distinguish GLAION-controlled services from independent provider services while preserving mandatory legal and GDPR responsibilities.
