Service Level Agreement
Draft — Under Legal Review — Not Yet Final
This review outline is not a finalized policy or binding agreement, and viewing or publishing it does not constitute acceptance by you or by GLAION. GLAION is in controlled pre-launch testing and is not yet open to public customers; this draft is published here for transparency only and remains subject to revision before any public launch.
Availability measurement
Pending Legal Review: define service scope, measurement windows, reporting, maintenance treatment, incident attribution, and remedies. No availability percentage or service credit is promised by this draft.
GLAION-controlled services
Review principle: measure failures of GLAION-controlled infrastructure separately from independent third-party interruptions, delays, restrictions, changes, and failures.
Independent providers
Review principle: distinguish cloud and hosting, telecommunications, SMS and email, payments, AI APIs, DNS and CDN, maps and calendars, and external integration failures from GLAION-controlled service failures.
Legal safeguards
Review principle: any limitation or exclusion is subject to applicable law and must preserve mandatory obligations, non-excludable liability, and GDPR responsibilities.
