Pending Legal Review: define the services GLAION directly provides and controls, account responsibilities, onboarding, subscriptions, suspension, termination, and dispute handling.
Responsibility boundaries
Review principle: GLAION is responsible for the services and systems it directly provides and controls. Independent providers remain responsible for their own infrastructure and services.
Mandatory obligations
Review principle: any contractual limitation or exclusion remains subject to applicable law. Nothing may exclude mandatory obligations, non-excludable liability, or GDPR responsibilities.
