Each Digital Employee is chosen on its own, at a Basic, Medium or Premium capability tier. Shared channels such as SMS and Voice are optional and usage-based.
Prices are published at launch. GLAION is in controlled pre-launch testing, so there is no checkout, subscription or trial signup yet. Everything below describes how packaging will work, not a live offer.

The Employee works on its own, by text.

10-DAY TRIAL
Try it properly, with sensible limits.
A registered 10-day trial is planned for launch so you can test a Digital Employee with your own setup. It will be strictly limited — including a small, explicit usage allowance for metered channels — and it is not open yet.
OPTIONAL MODULES & USAGE
Add only what you need.
Usage-based modules draw from a shared pool for your whole workspace, and usage is reported per Digital Employee.
SMS
Optional, separately billed through credits from a shared workspace pool. Never an unlimited bundle.
Voice
A metered shared module with included usage, prepaid credit beyond it and per-call safeguards. No unlimited voice on any plan.
Full white-label
Standard hosted pages carry your branding plus a discreet “Powered by GLAION”. Full white-label is an optional paid add-on.
Integrations & more
Further paid modules — such as payments for reservations — are planned and will be priced separately.

Why are there no prices yet?
GLAION is in controlled pre-launch testing. Prices, included usage and module rates are being finalised through a separate cost and sustainability review, and will be published at launch. We will not show placeholder numbers.
Does Basic, Medium or Premium limit how many Digital Employees I can have?
No. A tier describes what one Digital Employee can do. You choose Employees independently and can mix tiers across them.
How will the 10-day trial work?
A registered, strictly limited trial is planned for launch — not an unlimited free plan. It is not open yet; registration and trial terms will be announced at launch.
Will Voice or SMS ever surprise me with a large bill?
Usage-based modules are designed around visible usage, alerts and hard limits. Voice continues beyond included usage only against prepaid credit you add, with automatic top-up off by default.
Can I buy GLAION today?
Not yet. Self-service signup, subscriptions and payment are not open during pre-launch. You can request a demo or ask to join as an approved tester.
