Every business has its own workspace. Separation is enforced inside the database itself, not only in application code.

A Digital Employee should never be able to do more than you allow. Isolation, permissions, approvals and audit sit underneath every role on the platform.

Staff multi-factor sign-in
People who sign in to the GLAION app use a password plus an authenticator code.
Roles and permissions
Each person and Digital Employee can act only within the permissions of its role in that workspace.
Independent approvals
Where approval is required, the person who requested an action cannot also approve it.
Audit history
State-changing actions — bookings, approvals, configuration changes — are recorded as a history that cannot be edited.
Customer verification codes
Changing or cancelling a booking requires a verification code, which can only be sent to the customer's own contact details on record.
Approved websites only
The website widget loads only on websites approved for that workspace.
Controlled pre-launch access
During pre-launch, the platform is limited to approved testers and test workspaces.

Digital Employees act on the knowledge, scenarios and allowed actions you approve.
Escalation, not improvisation
Out-of-scope, uncertain or sensitive requests go to a person with full context.
Nothing invented
Missing prices, stock or availability lead to a safe fallback — never a made-up answer or a fake confirmation.
Honest outcomes
If an external effect is uncertain or failed, it is shown as such and routed to a person, not silently retried.
